A big welcome to the 200+ new Endorphins members who joined us this past week from all across the country! You’re now part of a global running crew that’s all about spreading good energy and chasing that runner’s high—together.

We host over 1,500 free group runs a year in 12+ cities, design smart training plans that sync with your wearables and adjust in real-time, and team up with incredible partners like New Balance, Shokz, and Abbott. Whether you're showing up IRL at one of our race weekends or crushing training miles with our app, you're part of something bigger: a community powered by joy, movement, and momentum. LFG!

Endorphins Premium Pre Launch May 15th - everything you need to know

Endorphins Premium goes live in 10 days. Over the past three years, we’ve coached thousands of runners—and the biggest feedback has been to make our training more personalized. So we built something better: adaptive training tech that evolves with you. Your plan is tailored to your race goals, experience level, and weekly mileage, and it updates in real time based on your activity data. Built by our coaches, engineers, city leads, and you—our community—it’s a great way for any runner to get ready for a race.

Here is what you can expect:

Endorphins Premium Pre Launch:

From May 15th - June 1st we will begin pulling people off the waitlist and offering a lifetime 50% discount. Join the waitlist now by going to the Training tab and selecting "Join Waitlist".

In years past, we have charged $365 / year or $30 per month for our coaching.

Moving forward Endorphins Premium will cost $120 / year or $20 / month.

With the Pre Launch discount you will be able to access our personalized training tech for $60 / year which equates to $5/ month or $0.16 per day! In order to be eligible for this discount, you must be on the training waitlist!

Portions of the proceeds from Endorphins Premium are used to help support our local cities by way of quarterly budget. These budgets are discretionary budgets that local city leads can use to help foster community for our members!

It is also important to reiterate, our community, the events, the shakeouts, and group runs will remain free!

City Lead and Pace Lead Renewals

Our organization is proudly led by members of the community who step up to bring Endorphins to life in their cities. These incredible individuals take on the roles of City Leads and Pace Leads—two leadership positions that help us organize events, build local culture, and create safe, welcoming spaces for runners of all levels.

In Community Vote #24, we turned to you—our members—to help define what these roles should look like. Together, we gathered feedback from across the country and used it to shape clear community standards, expectations, and responsibilities for City Leads, Pace Leads, and all Endorphins members.

Below, you’ll find the official responsibilities of City Leads and Pace Leads—written by the community, for the community.

It’s important to note: these are volunteer roles, and they’re not forever. Every 6 months, we open up a renewal window to give existing leaders a chance to step back if needed, and new leaders a chance to step up.

City Lead Renewals: May 1 - May 7

Pace Lead Renewals: May 7 – May 21

New Pace Lead Applications: May 21 – June 1

We’re currently conducting City Lead Renewals and will begin Pace Lead Renewals next week. Once we have a clear picture of how many leaders are returning in each city, we’ll assess where there are gaps and determine how many new leadership spots are available. This process helps us make sure every city is supported with the right number of leaders and gives new members a chance to step up where needed. If you've been thinking about getting more involved, stay tuned—openings will be announced soon.
