A fast, flat out-and-back 10km along the scenic Thames Path towpath with clear signage and frequent volunteer marshals. The course turns at Kew Gardens Car Park and starts/finishes at Small Profit Dock Gardens in Barnes. Race services include chip timing, professional medical support and well-stocked aid stations, with optional post-race sports massage and race photography.
