About
A timed rolling out-and-back 5km with approximately 32 meters (106 feet) of elevation gain and a single water station at the turnaround. The course finishes on the beach into a Beachfront Bash featuring live music, food, drinks and age-group awards. Runners receive finisher giveaways and can access custom Frost River bags with event apparel available on site.
