About
A timed 10km out-and-back run along the Yodo River left bank with an upstream turnaround near Sata-nishi, combining urban and park terrain for riverside views. The course uses IC chip timing, seeded start blocks and a 2-hour limit, with multiple aid and medical stations, portable toilets, bag drop and changing tents; participants receive a commemorative towel.
