The Northside Hospital Atlanta Women’s 4 Miler 2026 is a women-only 4-mile road race held on Saturday 9 May 2026 (Mother’s Day weekend), starting and finishing at Lenox Square, 3393 Peachtree Rd NE, Atlanta, Georgia, USA, and organised by the Atlanta Track Club with presenting sponsor Northside Hospital as a celebration of women and fitness on a loop that runs from Lenox Square down Peachtree Street and onto the PATH400 greenway before returning to the mall.
