The NorthCloud Whangarei 8.5km Run follows harbourfront and Hatea Loop waterfront paths with mixed paved and pathway surfaces and some rolling hills. The course is suitable for recreational runners and walkers and uses staggered starts with a Town Basin start/finish. Festival-style entertainment, regular drink stations and community fundraising elements add to the inclusive event atmosphere.
