Also on Saturday, 7 March 2026, the UDC Finance 15km Miners Trail starts and finishes at Wilcox Green in Arrowtown, weaving into the hills above town and back, under the same Motatapu event organisation. Packing roughly 15 km with 837 m of elevation gain into a mountain-style loop of farm track and back-country singletrack, it’s a steep, technical and spectacular hit of Motatapu terrain in a shorter format.
