About
A chip-timed, three-lap 10km road race around Regent's Park on mostly flat tarmac. The course includes kilometre markers, marshals and a water station at the end of each lap to support pacing and performance. Club-organised with pacers across a broad range, accessible guidance for wheelchair and buggy runners, and race-day amenities like bag drop, medical cover and photography. Every finisher receives a medal and can access on-site refreshments.
