LAP Trick or Trot 5K is a festive evening road 5K that runs predominantly on paved Red River bike paths and finishes inside the civic center. Costumes are encouraged and the event emphasizes community participation and family-friendly fun. Proceeds support the Mark Knutson Shoes for Kids Legacy Fund and runners receive a shirt and bag.
