About
A one-lap fast and open 5km along oceanfront and parkland on a mixed-terrain route suitable for runners and walkers. The race is chip-timed, permits prams at the back of the field, and features on-course aid stations and medical support. Post-event recovery includes food, drink and massage alongside a running expo, with finisher medals and prizes for top finishers.
