About
HASPA-Mühlenlauf is a 5km municipal loop through Alt-Wilhelmsburg that mixes asphalt and park paths along the Dove-Elbe and Elbdeich. The race is a large, traditional Hamburg volkslauf with chip timing and age-based start eligibility. Aid stations and finish amenities provide water, warm tea and fruit, and participants can use bag drop and changing facilities at the nearby school sports hall. Every finisher receives the event’s Eisenbahn medal.
