The Eau Claire Marathon features a 26.2-mile full marathon course, certified by USATF and serving as a Boston Marathon qualifier. This challenging yet scenic route guides runners through downtown Eau Claire, across multiple bridges over the Eau Claire and Chippewa Rivers, and includes the energetic "Blugold Mile" on the UW-Eau Claire campus. Finishers of the full marathon receive a commemorative medal, with awards also presented for overall and age group placements.
