About
Scenic coastal 5km mixing boardwalk, beach access and the Mount Maunganui base track with a rolling profile and about 25m elevation. The event uses a mass beach start and finishes on sand outside the Mount Surf Club, with timing transponders provided and a finisher medal for all finishers. The race offers a family-friendly atmosphere with on-site bib collection and beach-side prize-giving.
