Ripans stig 8km is a wooded fjäll trail race across stony and rooty singletrack with exposed fell sections and boardwalks, run in start groups to protect terrain. The waymarked course is chip-timed on the bib and allows poles while prohibiting metal-studded shoes. On-course aid, toilets, bag drop and post-race showers are provided and all finishers receive a medal.
