Hilly 18-mile trail race starting high in the New Forest and finishing along Hampton Ridge on fully marked and marshalled trails. The cupless format encourages self-sufficiency with a mandatory minimum 500ml fluid requirement and two well-stocked aid stations offering water, flat coke and vegan snacks. The event offers a relaxed, energetic atmosphere with enthusiastic volunteer support and on-course photographers.
