About
The 7K is a hilly 6.7km trail race with approximately 220m of ascent featuring steep singletrack pitches and mixed forest and field sections. The single-lap course is technical in places and finishes with a lap on a tartan stadium track, supported by marked routes, an aid station and finish nutrition. The race is trail-focused, community-oriented and part of the regional cup series.
