Making its debut on October 24, 2026 in Apex, North Carolina, the Apex Half Marathon presented by Garman Homes is led by race directors Kevin Gibson and Alan Maynard and starts and finishes at Sweetwater Town Center. The course is an out-and-back on paved greenway and road surfaces along the American Tobacco Trail and White Oak Creek Greenway, giving the race a scenic, community-focused feel.
