The G. Larry James 5K is held on Saturday, 17 October 2026 at 9:00 a.m. on the Atlantic City Boardwalk, side-by-side with the 10K and under the same race-series organisation. Named in honour of Olympic gold medallist and long-time meet director G. Larry James, this short, spirited 5K gives runners of all levels a chance to race the boards, enjoy ocean air and be part of the historic Atlantic City Marathon weekend.
