JUNE ANNOUNCEMENTS!
HAPPY JUNE EVERYONE! It is OFFICIALLY summer Endorphins season, which means we have some HOT runs ahead, but we also have lots of water stops and sprinkler runs ahead too.
Here’s what we got going on!

Thursday Happy Hour Runs @ 6:30 PM at Franklin Hall
Saturday Long Runs @ 7:30 AM
- June 6: 9.5 Mile Run at The Coffee Bar on S Street (Shaw)
- June 13: SPECIAL 10 mile WERC x Endorphins CYM West End to CYM Alexandria
- June 20: 10 Mile Run at Three Fitty Bakery (Dupont)
- June 27: 10 Mile Run at Others Coffee on Florida Avenue
June Hills!!! Hills are back this month, June 9th at 6:45 AM at Open City (Calvert Hill)
Special Events:
- Global Run Day! Join us at 6:30 PM at Andy’s Pizza (Shaw location) for a 3 mile run and FREE pizza and t-shirts (as supplies last) sponsored by New Balance :)
- Special Collab Call Your Mother Long Run with West End Run Club! Saturday June 13th at 7:30 AM! Join us for our annual CYM West End to CYM Alexandria Long Run. One of our favorite long runs we do every year, come join us!
- Volunteer Opportunity with SOME: Sunday May 14th from 6:30-9:30 AM. See more details here. We have an exciting volunteer coming up with SOME (So Others Might Eat) here in DC where we’ll be helping prepare and serve breakfast! Tasks will include prepping food, plating and passing out meals, refilling drinks and helping with dishwashing, and cleaning up the dining room afterwards. We only have 12 spots to fill so sign up ASAP if you’d like to join!
Pace Lead Interest Form
It’s that time of the year we start to tag on new pace leads! Pace leads are the individuals in this community who are excited to attend and make others feel welcome at Endorphins Long Runs (and more!) They have the opportunity to help lead long runs on Saturdays while also contributing to making the Endorphins community so special and fun.
