Back from the IR

About to take my first run back from a hip injury (outside of hip below the socket area).  After 3 weeks or so of rest and recovery, it’s been feeling better for about 10 days with some little jogs here and there but nothing longer than a few hundred meters. I am making sure to stretch and take it easy.  Will share how it’s feeling post-run.

I think part of the issue may have been a pair of ON shoes that I put too many miles on and they were starting to break down and not support me the way they did when they were new, so also have a fresh pair of shoes to get going in.
