Breaking in carbon race shoes
Good afternoon all who read this,
Wanted to recommendations/advice on breaking in a pair of Adidas ADIZERO Adios Pro 4 before race day May 17. How to go about it, the best way to break them in and have them ready for race day, without putting TOO many miles on the shoes before the race.
Is it best to wear them for easy runs, just to get your feet/legs used to them? Better for long runs to simulate the length you’ll have them on for? Any info will help!
