I am just starting back to running I am 60 and have done marathons when I was a young ‘n.  I want to get to 6 miles at a 10 min pace.  I am currently at 1140 on a treadmill for 4 and can do 3 in 12:15 outside.  

I have joined fo 2 weeks and I have a plan but the plan is in an order that starts w a long run.   Can I rearrange it
