Endorphins Winter Release 2026... is LIVE
This winter we have been COOKING up a ton of new features to help you dial in your training and achieve your wildest running goals. In honor of all the new features we are doing a little giveaway for you at the bottom of this post. Good luck and happy winter release!!!

Our winter release introduces several major upgrades to the Endorphins app designed to make your plan more adaptive, personalized, and data-driven. From weather-adjusted pacing to dynamic race predictions, these improvements help ensure your training evolves as your fitness improves.
Below is a full breakdown of what’s new.
Weather-Adjusted Pacing

Training conditions matter. Running in heat, cold, wind, or humidity can dramatically affect your pace and perceived effort. With Weather-Adjusted Pacing, Endorphins now automatically adjusts your recommended workout paces based on real-time weather conditions in your location.
When generating your workout targets, the system factors in:
- Temperature
- Humidity
- Wind conditions
- Local weather data
This means the paces you see are optimized for the actual conditions you're running in, helping you maintain the correct training intensity whether you're running through a winter storm or a humid summer morning.
The goal is simple: train by effort and physiology, not unrealistic pacing targets.
This helps prevent overtraining on difficult weather days and ensures your workouts remain productive year-round.
Race Predictions

Your projected race times now update automatically as your training progresses.
Every time you complete a workout, Endorphins analyzes your training data to refine your predicted finish times for common race distances such as:
- 5K
- 10K
- Half Marathon
- Marathon
These predictions evolve over time as the system learns more about your fitness, endurance, and pace development.
Instead of guessing where your fitness stands, you can now see clear projections of what you're capable of on race day.
Race Predictions give your a real-time view into your progress and provide motivation as training improvements translate into faster predicted race performances.
Coaching Chat Integration

Endorphins now integrates with ChatGPT to provide deeper insight into your training.
By connecting ChatGPT to your Endorphins account, your training data can be analyzed to help you better understand your progress and performance.
You can ask questions like:
- Why did my last workout feel so difficult?
- Am I improving based on my recent runs?
- What should I focus on this week?
- How is my pacing progressing?
ChatGPT can analyze your workouts and provide detailed explanations and training insights based on your data.
This gives you a new way to interact with your training, helping you better understand the patterns in your performance and how to improve.
Weekly Coaching Suggestions

Training plans are now even more adaptive.
Each week, Endorphins analyzes your training history and performance data to generate two personalized coaching suggestions designed to help optimize your training.
These suggestions may recommend adjustments such as:
- Dialing in pacing targets
- Adjusting overall weekly volume
- Modifying long run distances
- Improving workout balance
The system considers your:
- Completed workouts
- Recent training consistency
- Progress toward race goals
These suggestions are designed to complement your existing training plan and help you make small adjustments that can lead to meaningful improvements over time.
B Races

Many runners train for more than one race in a season.
With the new B Races feature, you can now add a secondary race to your training plan. When a B race is added, your training plan automatically adjusts to support both events.
Your plan will intelligently include:
- A short mini taper before the B race
- Appropriate recovery afterward
- Adjustments to surrounding workouts
This allows you to race multiple events during a training cycle while still staying on track for your primary goal race.
