Hi! My name is Hedalis, I'm a student at the University of Pittsburgh in the MS Program for Athletic Training, I'm a triathlete and running is my favorite sport out of the three if I had to chose. I've done many 5ks and 10ks as well as cross country before. But this year I decided to race my first marathon, which I'm excited and nervous about. If anyone has any tips about training regimen, fueling or anything related to running plans, I'm so excited to hear!!
