Training Schedule Connected to COROS

Hi everyone, I’m wondering if anyone knows if there’s a way to link your training schedule into the coros app so that I can then upload them to my watch? I have my coros linked but I’m not sure if there’s a way to link the workouts to show in my coros training calendar. Thanks!
