Should I run my race this weekend?

I started developing left hip pain during week 9 of my Houston marathon training (race is January 10th) The pain was manageable and improving after resting, but I got really sick (stomach bug) earlier this week and my hip hurts a lot more ever since then. I am supposed to run the Philly Half this weekend, but I’m struggling to bounce back. Should I still run this half marathon this weekend, and what should I do to be able to run in January? Any advice is appreciated.
