Constant low back and shin pain

Hi everyone, I've been struggling with shin pain on both sides for about a year now. I've taken about 4 months off running and even with that break I continue to have shin pain in my day to day. I have a physical therapist who says the problem is coming from extreme tightness on one side of my low back. I also have EXTREMELY tight inner calves and the medial area of my feet kill. Does anyone have a good sports massage rec in nyc or a suggestion for how to fix this? It's impacting my day to day life without even talking abt running!
