Running After a Chest Cold

Hi! I'm training for the Philly marathon in November and am running an average of 60-70 miles/week. I was doing well but caught a chest cold this past weekend. I ended up skipping my long run (17 miles) Saturday, resting yesterday (Sunday), and today I haven't run yet. I still have a sore throat and some very minor chest pain. How should I adjust my training? I'm super bummed and feeling like I'm losing fitness and I hate seeing how many miles I've missed.
