Hello. Wanna get back to running. Had a knee injury the past 3 weeks. Wanted to train for my first 5k and boom tendinitis from over use! The past couple of days been feeling much better, so was thinking of taking up my walking routine again today! I can do from 3-6miles a day walking. Any suggestions to avoid aggravating my knee? Taking naproxen for inflammation and will wear a compression sleeve. I start physical therapy on the 28th.
