Hi everyone,
I decided to run a full marathon this year. I previously had a trainer who did Ironmans and Marathons at Equinox, but I primarily focused on weight training with him. Now I'm looking to balance weight lifting with a running plan for the BMW Dallas Marathon this December 😁 The most I've ever run by myself is 6 miles, but I'd love to stretch my goals this year and get my mileage up!
