Question on Recovery

I've been pushing my body to reach a pace goal
for the NYC marathon. In this training, my legs have gotten pretty tight.. to the point where where I start runs at times I can limp for the first couple miles (very slightly). My right quad is reaaalllly tight and I'm wondering if I just need to be using the roller more, stretching, potentially supplements? Or if I am potentially burning out too early. Any thoughts or tips would be ammmmazing. Thank you (:
