⚡️SUMMER UPDATE: Events and Community Vote ⚡️

Happy summer and happy start of training season for those with a fall race on the calendar! We are officially 11 weeks from Berlin, 14 from Chicago, 17 from NYC, and 20 weeks from Philly. Whether you are getting ready for some longs run this summer or just here to crush miles in the heat, we have a lot of fun events (including some ~non-running socials~) over the next few months!
 
As with everything we do, we want the community to inform our planning!! The link to our latest community vote is at the bottom of this announcement. This will help us plan our summer social, long runs (including our yearly Mets game and Rockaway run tradition), and future collaborations! 
 
Upcoming events: 
  • Rebel Run (7/12): We are partnering with New Balance to celebrate the release of the Rebel v5 with an epic relay race in Washington Square Park Saturday at 8AM. We still have a few spots open, so either register your team of four here or reach out to Geno if you are looking for a team to be placed on. We know Saturday’s are long run days for many of you, but even if you aren’t racing, end your run at Washington Square Park at 8 (or the Flatiron New Balance store around 9) to join us in the celebration, grab a bagel / coffee, and have the chance to win some giveaways from New Balance
  • Bronx Burners (7/16): Next Wednesday, we will not host our normal speed workout and instead will be supporting Bronx Burners’ in their “BX16 Bodega 1600” race at 7PM at Macombs Dam Park. This is a great opportunity to support an amazing cause and time trial your mile ahead of summer training! Come to race (sign up here) or just to spectate!
  • Breathe Right (7/23): Our friends from Breathe Right will be supporting our Wednesday night speed workout with product to give out and a free sweet treat for after the run! RSVP here
