Only 10 minute/mile pace groups Saturday!
Due to the fact that almost all of you are running the shake out. We are only
going to have three running options this Saturday!
A 3 mile group
A 5 mile group
An 8 mile group
A walking group
All of these groups will be around a 10 minute mile pace!
If you were hoping to run faster or slower, please feel free to still join us
so that you can try on the New Balance shoes and socialize with the rest of
the Endorphins crew! From there you will be able to Run however, fast or
however, long you want on your own accordπ€ππββοΈπββοΈ
