Road to Brooklyn Training & JC Half

Hello, I’m running the JC Half Marathon this Sunday, but I’m also following a training plan for the Brooklyn Half—which makes this a key week in the plan. I still have a tempo run and an easy run scheduled, in addition to the long run (which will be the race). I’m a little worried my legs won’t feel fresh on race day if I don’t adjust the plan.

How would you recommend tweaking the schedule this week to balance race performance and staying on track for Brooklyn?
