Strength training
Hi.
Currently coming back from a knee injury. Just ran my first mile since November last week! Going to do a small plan now maybe 2 runs a week.
I currently have runna strength/ running program but i feel like it is just not focusing full body at all when i do select full body. Does anyone have a generic plan to share that i can work off of or tips on how to get Runna to do the full body (push pull legs idea etc)
