Which watch to buy?

Hi everyone! Currently planning on buying my first Garmin watch. I've been an Apple Watch girl. I'm overwhelmed by all of the models, but I think I have narrowed it down to the Forerunner 265s and the Venu 3. Does anyone have any insight on these? Which one is better?
