Strides workout.

As part of the training plan I followed for nyc half and now bklyn half it's always been 1 long run ,2 workouts ,3 easy days and a rest day. Should this be considered a workout. I can see it on 2 more weeks further down and just felt more like an easy day and I changed it a bit with 2 mile Wu and 2 mile cd and did 10x100m to make it a bit more challenging.
