Berlin Marathon hotel recs?

Looking to book my hotel for the Berlin Marathon - any recommendations on hotels and/or neighborhoods to stay in that make it easy to navigate to the start/finish? Not looking to break the bank but also trying to not stay an hour plus out of the start. Danke schön!
