Sprained my hanstring tendon

I recently pulled my hamstring tendon. I think I'm saying that right. It's right around where the knee bends. This is the second time this has happened in the past couple of months which is really frustrating. Would love to talk with someone to see if it is still healing from when I first pulled it (end of January) or if I'm just taking terrible care of it.
