App Updates - March 2025!
Woah... its already march... and we have been cooking day in and day out to try and implement all of your feedback here in the app! It is important that we share these updates with you all so you can see the change over time and know that we are working on implementing all of your suggestions!
City Lead Suggestions - our city leads are constantly providing feedback to ensure the app is best suited for you and the rest of the community. Our engineers are working with our city leads basically every day to help improve the virtual experience for all of you and the rest of our members.
Image Quality - sharing images (and saving them) has been optimized!
Mentions - you can now tag and mention members in both comments and posts. (this one was highly requested)
Linking runs to events! - when you complete a strava activity we automatically detect whether the run was with Endorphins or not based on your GPX data!
Training Enhancements - our backend algorithms for creating hyper personalized training plans has been enhanced a ton! We now are taking in more granular data around weekly mileage to create custom plans to your true experience level.
Half Marathon Plans - we have launchd our Road To Brooklyn training program and have improved our Half Marathon plan logic to incorporate more specific workouts tailored towards running a half marathon!
Bug Fixes - we have fixed hundreds of small bugs in the past month! These will help make sure the experience is smoother for everyone in the future. Thank you for submitting them to our team!
If you have suggestions on features, or see something that looks off, head over to the profile tab inside the app and click on "Submit a Feature" and it will send a notification to our community engineering team! Someone will get back to ya promptly on next steps!!
Boston Marathon w/ Team Abbott
Closing the loop on this amazing bib lottery! Over the past two weeks, we have conducted a private Boston Marathon lottery thanks to our partners at Abbott. As part of Team Abbott, Endorphins is given the opportunity to participate in activations and experiences associated with the World Marathon Majors. An amazing perk that comes along with being part of Team Abbott is access to bibs to select races. This year, Endorphins is bringing 10 members from the community to the Boston Marathon!
Our selections include a mix of city leads, pace leads, and members who not only embody the mission of Endorphins but also have a compelling story as to why they want to run the Boston Marathon! All participants have been notified and we CANT WAIT to root you all on in Boston next month!
New Balance Review Programs
As part of our partnership with New Balance we get to be part of something called a review program. This program allows members of Endorphins to receive gear, apparel, and shoes from NB in return for an honest / genuine review!! These reviews help inform future product decisions and also live on newbalance.com to help other customers understand what products to potentially purchase!
In order for us to remain in the program, over 80% of people who receive items need to submit a review! If we fail to hit this benchmark, the program will be discontinued
We have sent out 3 review programs in 2025, Leggings, Fresh Foam x 880's, and Sports Bras... and we are at a 90% review rate!!! LETS GOOO!
We will be sending out some more review program information in the coming days. If you receive an email, you will be given instructions on how to submit your review!!
International Women's Day!!
This Saturday is international Women's day!!! and we are hosting 12 events to celebrate it all across the country. Checkout your cities home page and event list to get the details on how to celebrate the ladies in our community and across the world!
