Ankle Injury!
So I made it thru most of February running 40+ miles a week with the snow and ice and on Monday the first nice morning in a long time a pothole took me out on west34th and 10th Avenue on my way to the WSH. Got an Xray today that came back negative so I atleast know it's not broken. What should I do from here? it's still currently swollen and bruised. I can walk on it with a limp and discomfort. How long is too long to take off. What type of cross training have you done in the past with similar ankle injuries. Would you give it time before you seek further medical tests like an MRI to see if it's seriously torn? Any compression recommendations? They did give me a lace up brace to wear for now. Thanks
