Sleep & Recovery

Hi, don't know if this is running related but TMI I don't sleep well and looking for good resources that I can look into in order to improve my sleep schedule which can ultimately improve my training/mood/health   

I have the garmin forerunner 165 and like the sleep score/coach but it's only helpful on the short term. Is there anything I should be asking myself? Any supplements or routines that make sleeping beneficial to my everyday life? 

Again, I'm unsure if this is appropriate question but thought to ask to get outside comments and input.
