365 Beta discount error

I joined endorphins 365 last year as part of the beta and one of the benefits was a "forever discount" on the annual subscription cost. I got charged the full price when my subscription renewed this year and wondering if anyone else had the same issue?

Would love to figure out how to get this fixed if you have suggestions for who to reach out to - DMs don't seem to get the same level of response on the new app!
