Apple Watch Half Marathon Award Bug

Has anyone noticed that Apple Watch awards users a Half Marathon medal despite having run less than 13.1 miles? It seems to be issuing the award after 20km (12.42 miles).

If you've experienced this, please let me know. I'm trying to get some friends at Apple to address this and fix it!

Please note that, to test this, you must run more than 12.42 miles (20km) but less than 13.1 miles (and actual half).
