Plantar Fascitis right before Marathon

Hello ! I am running Houston Marathon this upcoming Sunday. During my run this weekend, I noticed some sharp pain on the bottom of my right food. I had to limp for majority of my run, and have been struggling with just walking. I have a PT appointment tomorrow, but am really worried since my marathon is only a few days away. Any tips or feedback on what I can do ? I’ve been icing it, doing towel scrunches, and rolling it on a ball. I’ve never had this pain before :( I want to be able to finish my marathon.
