Got Cleared to Run! Now what?

SO I had ankle surgery. 9 screws and 1 plate. Finally got cleared to run! My PA said that I would look goofy when I started to run ahhaha. I am not sure what means and honestly I haven’t even tried to run.

Does anyone have any tips for starting to run after having surgery on your ankle?

I also am slowly moving into my apartment in Austin over the course of this month. I don’t think I will be able to run 3 miles yet with y’all but I do hope to meet some of you soon!
