fast fun friday! 12/15/2023

Anyone interested in a fast fun friday at MIT track tomorrow morning? 8 am start, 5×1200 first 800 at 5k pace last 400 at 3k pace. Join for all of it or some of it, the more the merrier! As always it doesn’t matter what pace you run just that you get it done. 🥳
