Workout Wednesday 12/20
Aerobic miles, tempo, and 200s galore! If anyone is in the mood to start their Wednesday off on a high note join me at MIT Track 6:45 am for a killer workout! 4 miles steady aerobic, 15 minutes of tempo, and ending with 4×200 on 200 off. Everything can be modified on pace/distance based on what works for you and what you want out of the session! Hope to see some friendly faces out there getting after it!
