Resume Training Post Infection

Hey everyone!

I need some advice. I was on week 5 of my 8-week 10k training plan when I got hit with a mild case of C19 two weeks ago. My energy is low and I feel a bit winded even after a short run. How should I get back into training? Should I go back two weeks in the plan? Or should I do some interval runs for a week and then pick up where I left off?

I'd really appreciate any advice you have.
