Handling an imbalance in strength between legs
Almost 14 years ago, I broke my left hip and had 2 pins put in that have remained there since. This hasn’t bothered me except in flexibility differences between hips, but sometimes when I have been increasing my mileage, different aches have shown up in my left leg/ankle. I have noticed in my strength training that my right leg is a bit stronger than my left, which I assume is causing these aches to show up. What can I do in my strength/cross training or running form that can help fix this imbalance?
